remember the soap carvings i posted up before?…this is the finished project, i casted the soap with silicone then filled the silicone casts with plaster, i still had to hand-refine each piece. in total 20 separate pieces which were really hard to put together.. it is an alien-marionette for a project i did last semester.

so i haven’t actually blogged much about me lately. ive been looking for a job so that i can move out. this is a big step for me. hopefully i can move out by june or july. i’ve been searching for a job for the past 3 weeks, ive gotten an offer at 15 p/h but that’s not going to be enough for me to live on my own according to the budget i calculated. so the search goes on! there is a cosmetic office that i would really like to work at, i’m still waiting for an answer though. i’m going to call them to follow up. i had an interview today at an office near memorial park..it went well and i’m scheduled for a working interview at 7am on monday. i don’t like waking up that early, but it’s fine..i can always go back to being addicted to coffee >_> um. anyway this office is super nice and organized. i hope it goes well on monday and they decide to hire me on the spot. i really need to find a good job asap that will pay me what i need! after they hire me i still have to wait 3 months to start moving out (90 day probation period). im currently looking for apartments, if anyone out there knows a female who needs a roommate, get at me :) i would like to have a roommate but the current plan is just me & my two doggies (growlithe & kuri)…wish me luck!
